Our full-service medical billing includes the following:
- Superbill and EOB Collection (Office Pick-Up, PO Box Pick-Up, Fax, email, etc.)
- Patient Demographic, Insurance, and Data Entry

- Digital Storage of Deposits (Office backup provided)
- Electronic and Paper Claim Submission

- Patient Balance Billing and Collection

The billing fee for full-service medical billing is based on a percentage. The percentage amount varies based on practice specifics. We also charge a one-time set up fee of $1,000. We do not require any long-term contacts. You can cancel at anytime with a 30-day notice. This insures we only get paid if you do and if you are not happy with our services you can easily cancel.
If we learned anything from the last couple years, it’s that life is unpredictable. So, we offer medical billing assistance services for those offices who aren’t in need of full-service medical billing, but can still benefit from some extra help. We offer these services on a temporary and long-term basis.
The medical billing assistance services that we offer include:

– Denial and Rejection Audit
These services are offered at an hourly rate or a monthly fee. This is dependent on what services are needed, whether they’re needed on a temporary or long-term basis, and the practice size. We do not require any long-term contacts.
We offer credentialing and basic contracting services. These services are billed as a one-time fee based on the number of insurances and providers.
When revenue cycle management is offered through the billing software company, often times, someone is still required to scrub claims, review rejections, forward EOBs/Deposits and assist with denial review.
Due to the weekly variation of these tasks, we offer these services at an hourly rate.
